Hello! I finally stopped after a super week and with some different adventures! The schools here are still on strike, then the International Student Program of the town of Qualicum Beach is still keeping us busy.
THE FIRST DAY, MONDAY 09/15/2014
First we went to Visity Center where we learned about the city of Parksville, and received a map, this visit was very informative.

First we went to Visity Center where we learned about the city of Parksville, and received a map, this visit was very informative.
After that we went to Parksville Museum where we took lots of photos of old things, also had a model of Parksville formerly.
We also know a large lake known as Little Qualicum River where we saw some waterfalls, a beautiful landscape!
After this cultural tour we went to Coombs where we had lunch and took some photos on the stone statues.
To finish our tour of Parksville, we went up to the beach where a Brazilian of our group, Luis, walked skate and we were watching.
THE SECOND DAY, FRIDAY 09/19/2014
On Friday our busy day continues, but this time our goal was to meet Qualicum Beach, which is very cool too. First we were in Little Mountain, a very beautiful place with a perfect view, the photos were really cool, I wish the day was beautiful, but that's okay. Loved this place and hope to return on a sunny day to take wonderful pictures and let my friends jealous.

After wonderful photos we went up to a lake, Englishman River, and to see the lake that sits below a bridge, it was not cool to be on the bridge (I am very afraid of that sort of thing) but it was worth it, the lake is cool and I have overcome my fear of bridges that sway.
And that was all I knew in my day tour of District 69, was very nice to know a little of where I'm living. I hope to visit places and enjoy as well as I liked. Until the next post .. Bye
